The primary responsibility of cook/supervisor is to provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times. Other responsibilities include food prep, operating equipment, tasting product, checking production and requisition supplies and equipment as needed. The cook/supervisor is delegated administrative authority and must ensure all other dietary workers assigned tasks are completed prior to the end of his/her assigned shift.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three years cooking experience in Long Term Care or similar environment.
- Required to work weekends.
- Expected to work overtime on occasion.
