After 35 years of providing healthcare services to the people of the Delmarva Peninsula, John Routenberg, MD, retired from practicing medicine and closed his gastroenterology office on August 31, 2012.Peninsula Regional Medical Center and its Peninsula Regional Medical Group are privileged to be selected by Dr. Routenberg to provide care for his patients upon his retirement. All patient records will automatically transfer to Peninsula Regional Gastroenterology Medicine, which is under the direction of physicians Halim Charbel, MD, and Daniel Daniels, MD. “I’ve worked closely with both physicians, their clinical skills are exceptional and their commitment to patient care equals that which has always been so important to me. I am very happy to recommend Drs. Charbel and Daniels,” said Dr. Routenberg. In addition, Apsara Prasad, MD has joined Drs. Charbel and Daniels at Peninsula Regional Gastroenterology Medicine to see new patients.
