TidalHealth Peninsula Regional: MyChart
MyChart is home to your online health record for TidalHealth Peninsula Regional and participating community providers.
For your security, unless signed up by our staff in person, you must have a code to register. You will find the code on your discharge or after-visit summary sheet. If you need a code, please click "I need a code" in the link.
With MyChart, you can:
- Access your medical record
- View lab and radiology results
- Communicate with your doctor
- Pay bills online
- Request appointments
- Request prescription refills
The system is safe and easy to navigate, giving you the power to manage your healthcare in one secure location. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for an account.
If you need help with MyChart, call 410-543-7450; press option 1 for billing questions, and 2 for all other inquiries.
Releasing Medical Records
For paper copies of your hospital medical records, you may also visit the Health Information Management Department at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. Identification is required.
The office is located on the ground floor of the Layfield Tower. Enter through the TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hanna Outpatient Center, take the elevator to the ground floor, then follow the signs. For additional information, please call the Health Information Management department at 410-543-7075.
If you need copies of records from your doctor's office, please inquire with the individual office.
TidalHealth Nanticoke: Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a secure online tool to access your health information, request appointments and refills, or communicate with your care team. At TidalHealth Nanticoke, we have a single portal for both your hospital records and your TidalHealth providers office records.
Healthlife Mobile Application
HealthLife is a mobile application for our Patient Portal. The online medical records content shown in the app is the same information available on the website. You can download the application for Apple and Android devices today:
Using our Patient Portal, you can:
- View and request appointments
- Pre-register for an appointment by completing online patient forms
- Track your medication and pharmacy information
- Request prescription refills
- Review test results and hospital discharge instructions
- Check an account balance
- Access helpful patient education resources
- Send secure messages to your healthcare provider’s office
In addition to requesting appointment reminders by email, you can get appointment reminders sent to you by text messaging. Standard text messaging fees apply. Email and text message reminders are sent 48 hours prior to your upcoming appointment.

COVID-19 Alert: Open For Business But Not In Person
Effective immediately, both the TidalHealth Nanticoke Patient Financial Services and Health Information Management will NOT be doing business in person. We will instead do business on the phone or online until further notice. You can still get answers to billing questions, pay a bill or request your medical records by calling or emailing us.
You may also access your health information for services provided by TidalHealth Nanticoke by logging into the patient portal. If you have not already done so, you must first set up a username and password.
